The Black Rider - The Grey King is slightly ... suspicious... that the Black Rider has chosen this particular place for the current Rising, given that this gives Brenin Llwyd the upper hand as far as raw power goes. This is not generally Done by the Lords of the Dark and it is somewhat fishy that the Rider is voluntarily giving the Grey King power, however temporary, over him.

However, given that the Rider does not seem to be starting any beef and that the presence of the Black Rider has a somewhat mitigating effect on Bwca, the Grey King lets it stand and holds his peace.
